Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actor and singer from the United States. She was best known for playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She was the lead character Jerrica Jem Benton in the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. There is also a younger sister, Ally. Aubrey was a performer with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her childhood. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class of 2012. Harvard University initially accepted her application, but they later voted to let her into the university for another entry since she was chosen to play "Nashville". Peeples appeared on the screen in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) and Grey's Anatomy (2005) as and Grey's Anatomy (2005). Also, she had a regular part in Necessary Rustiness (1991). The actress was also in two television-based movies: Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She was one of the main characters on the Nashville series, in which she played Layla Grant. In the year 2019 Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples as one of the top gifted actors under the age of 20 in September 2014.
